In connection with the New Product Release discussed in another Case Study, it was quickly determined the company website had been designed in “flash”, limiting it’s searchability by internet search engines, rather than in “html”. This would impose a limitation on the marketing strategy to attract and drive new customers to the site, versus merely informing those who were directed to it.

wWolfe Solutions sourced, solicited, quoted and retained outside web engineers, while wWolfe personnel filled positions in the client organization to research and write copy to enhance website searchability. Our scope was to identify and optimize key phrases, analyze competitors’ sites, optimize titles and meta-tags, research and increase density of keywords, and optimize images. Other features such as article writing, blog writing, one-way and reciprocal link building were proposed but deferred.

Further, the business’s processes were as much a selling point as its’ end products, so three internal web videos were created. Still photography not used in the video production was also incorporated into “tiles” which viewers click on to see details in close-up.

Lastly, drop-down menus for Care Basics were written and Testimonials were gathered and added to the Linens Limited website.
