Ettore Barbatelli, Jr., known as Chess, is the principal consultant.

With successful executive, management, and sales and market development experience, he enthusiastically brings manufacturing and professional services knowledge to achieve goals and solve client problems.

Chess began his career in business development for a leading valuation services company rebuilding its’ practice in the western US before being called to headquarters for broader management and product/service development assignments. In this consulting company exceeding 100 on staff nationwide, he served major US corporations, manufacturers, and financial intermediaries, and managed its’ marketing resources.
In 1997, Chess organized the purchase of a custom plastic products molder and developed it into a mid-sized contract product design and manufacturing firm combining internal and external resources to meet a variety of major customer production needs. The company developed many key capabilities including ISO 9002, top ASI ratings, electronic data interface with customer inventory and production, and SAP-level supplier metrics. The company was sold in 2008.

Mr. Barbatelli earned a BA from Denison University and a JD from Pepperdine University. Further, he has been an active member in professional organizations and held key positions in civic and charitable organizations.
